  • ASSESS – yours and your target audience’s needs. We isolate their motivational triggers and interpret these as a value proposition. “What’s in it for me?”
  • PLAN – work with you to develop an implementation program with milestones to measure for today, the mid-term and long-term.
  • CREATE – educational tools and services. Develop sponsor programs if required to assist with funding and promotion.
  • CHANGE – Test all aspects of the program from message interpretation to engagement. From uptake to habit change.
